1. Booking Confirmation
- Your booking is only confirmed once we receive the required advance payment.
- Hotel Jogini Heights reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice if payments or required documents are incomplete.
2. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM and Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request but may incur additional charges (subject to availability).
3. ID Proof
- All guests must present a valid government-issued ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals are required to show a valid passport and visa.
4. Occupancy Policy
- The number of guests must not exceed the room occupancy limits. Additional guests will be charged extra.
- No unauthorized guests are allowed in the rooms without prior hotel permission.
5. Payment Policy
- We require an advance payment to secure the booking, and the full payment must be completed at the time of check-in.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and online transactions.
6. Damage and Loss
- Guests are responsible for taking care of hotel property and belongings. In case of any damage or loss, guests will be held liable and will be charged for repair/replacement.
7. Pet Policy
- We are not a pet-friendly hotel. Pets are not allowed on our premises.
8. Privacy Policy
- Hotel Jogini Heights respects your privacy and will keep your personal information confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Charges
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund (minus processing fees).
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 0-2 days of check-in are non-refundable.
2. No-Show Policy
- In case of a no-show (if guests do not arrive on the check-in date without prior notice), the booking will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be issued.
3. Early Departure
- Refunds for early departures are at the discretion of hotel management and will depend on specific circumstances.
4. Force Majeure
- In cases of natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances, the hotel may offer to reschedule the booking or provide a full refund.
